490A.1513 CERTIFICATES REPRESENTING MEMBERSHIP INTERESTS. Each certificate representing membership interests of a professional limited liability company shall state in substance that the certificate represents membership interests in a professional limited liability company and is not transferable except as expressly provided in this chapter and in the articles of organization or an operating agreement of the professional limited liability company.
