489.1113 CERTIFICATES REPRESENTING INTERESTS. Each certificate representing an interest of a professional limited liability company shall state in substance that the certificate represents an interest in a professional limited liability company and is not transferable except as expressly provided in this article and in the certificate of organization or an operating agreement of the professional limited liability company.
