489.1104 - WHO MAY ORGANIZE.

        489.1104  WHO MAY ORGANIZE.         One or more individuals having capacity to contract and licensed      to practice a profession in this state in which the professional      limited liability company is to be authorized to practice, may      organize a professional limited liability company.
