488.802 JUDICIAL DISSOLUTION. On application by or for a partner, the district court for the county in which the office described in section 488.114, subsection 1, paragraph "a", is located may order dissolution of a limited partnership if it is not reasonably practicable to carry on the activities of the limited partnership in conformity with the partnership agreement.Section History: Recent Form
