486A.1208 CERTIFICATES ISSUED BY SECRETARY OF STATE. 1. The secretary of state shall issue to any person, upon request, a certificate that sets forth any facts recorded in the office of the secretary of state. 2. A certificate issued by the secretary of state may be relied upon, subject to any qualification stated in the certificate, as prima facie evidence of the facts set forth in the certificate.
