484C.7 REGISTRATION AND FEE. A landowner who keeps preserve whitetail shall annually register the landowner's hunting preserve with the department by June 30. The landowner shall pay the department a registration fee. The amount of the registration fee shall not exceed three hundred fifty dollars per fiscal year. The fee shall be deposited into the state fish and game protection fund.
