483A.3A FISH HABITAT DEVELOPMENT FUNDING. Three dollars from each resident and nonresident annual and seven-day fishing license sold shall be deposited in the state fish and game protection fund and shall be used within this state for fish habitat development. Not less than fifty percent of this amount shall be used by the commission to enter into agreements with county conservation boards to carry out the purposes of this section.
