481B.2 COOPERATION WITH FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. The commission shall perform those acts necessary for the conservation, protection, restoration, and propagation of endangered and threatened species in cooperation with the federal government, pursuant to Pub. L. No. 93-205, and pursuant to rules promulgated by the secretary of the interior.
