480.1A - APPLICABILITY -- PROHIBITION.

        480.1A  APPLICABILITY -- PROHIBITION.         This chapter applies to any excavation unless otherwise provided      by law.  A person shall not engage in any excavation unless the      requirements of this chapter have been satisfied.
