479B.12 - USE OF FUNDS.

        479B.12  USE OF FUNDS.         All moneys received under this chapter, other than civil penalties      collected pursuant to section 479B.21, shall be remitted monthly to      the treasurer of state and credited to the department of commerce      revolving fund created in section 546.12.
