468.95 - DECREE AS TO ESTABLISHING DISTRICT OR INCLUDING LANDS.

        468.95  DECREE AS TO ESTABLISHING DISTRICT OR      INCLUDING LANDS.         On appeal from the action of the board in establishing or refusing      to establish said district, or in including land within the district,      the court may enter such order or decree as may be equitable and just      in the premises, and the clerk of said court shall certify the decree      or order to the board of supervisors which shall proceed thereafter      in said matter as if such order had been made by the board.  The      taxation of costs among the litigants shall be in the discretion of      the court.
