468.579 LIEN. When conservator's drainage district bonds are issued hereunder, nothing herein shall be construed as impairing the lien of all unpaid assessments upon the real estate within said drainage district, nor shall this part be construed as impairing the priority of the lien thereof, nor the right, duty and power of the officer authorized by law, to levy, collect and apply the proceeds thereof, to the payment of outstanding drainage bonds issued in anticipation of the collection thereof.
