468.564 - INTERPRETATIVE CLAUSE.

        468.564  INTERPRETATIVE CLAUSE.         This part shall be construed as granting additional power without      limiting the power already existing for the extension of the time of      payment of drainage assessments and the issuance of drainage bonds.
