468.537 - MANAGEMENT BY SUPERVISORS.
468.537 MANAGEMENT BY SUPERVISORS. After such change is made it shall be the duty of the board or boards of supervisors to manage and control the affairs of said district as fully and to the same extent as if it had never been under trustee management. They shall carry out any pending contracts lawfully made by the trustees as fully as if made by the board.
