468.392 REPORT OF ENGINEER -- PAYMENT AUTHORIZED. In the proceedings to establish such a district the engineer shall set forth in the engineer's report, separately from other items, the amount of the cost for the right of way of such levee, of constructing and maintaining the same; and if the plan is approved and the district finally established in connection with such levee, the board shall make a record of any such co-operative arrangement and may use such part of the funds of the district as may be necessary to pay the amount so agreed upon toward the right of way and maintenance of such levee.
