466B.8 - WASTEWATER AND STORM WATER INFRASTRUCTURE ASSESSMENT.

        466B.8  WASTEWATER AND STORM WATER INFRASTRUCTURE      ASSESSMENT.         The department shall assess and prioritize communities within a      watershed presenting the greatest level of risk to water quality and      the health of residents.  This prioritization shall include both      sewered and unsewered communities.
