464A.1A - DEFINITIONS.

        464A.1A  DEFINITIONS.         As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:         1.  "Commission" means the natural resource commission.         2.  "Department" means the department of natural resources      created under section 455A.2.         3.  "Director" means the director of the department.
