463C.10 - HONEY CREEK PREMIER DESTINATION PARK BOND PROGRAM.

        463C.10  HONEY CREEK PREMIER DESTINATION PARK BOND      PROGRAM.         The authority shall assist in the development and expansion of the      Honey creek premier destination park in the state through the      establishment of the Honey creek premier destination park bond      program.  The authority may issue its bonds or notes, or series of      bonds or notes, for the purpose of defraying the cost of one or more      projects for the development and expansion of the Honey creek premier      destination park in the state, including lodges, campgrounds, cabins,      and golf courses, and make secured and unsecured loans for the      acquisition and construction of such projects on terms the authority      determines.
