462A.51 - COUNTY RECORDER -- DUTIES.

        462A.51  COUNTY RECORDER -- DUTIES.         The county recorder shall be responsible for all fees and      penalties for the issuance of vessel registrations.  All unused      registration certificates shall be surrendered to the commission upon      demand.
