462A.40 - RECORD OF USE.

        462A.40  RECORD OF USE.         Every manufacturer or dealer shall keep a written record of the      vessels upon which such special certificates are used, which record      shall be open to inspection by any law enforcement officer or any      officer or employee of the commission.
