461A.58 - USE BY CITIES AND STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.

        461A.58  USE BY CITIES AND STATE DEPARTMENT OF      TRANSPORTATION.         The city council within the limits of the municipal corporation      and the state department of transportation may permit use of      maintenance equipment under their control in state parks and other      lands of the commission.
