461A.24 - BOUNDARIES -- ADJUSTMENT.

        461A.24  BOUNDARIES -- ADJUSTMENT.         Whenever a controversy shall arise as to the true boundary line      between state-owned property and private property, the commission may      adjust the boundary line or take such other action in the premises as      in its judgment may seem right.  When the disputed boundary line is      fixed it shall be surveyed and marked.
