460.205 PROHIBITION AGAINST CONSTRUCTING EARTHEN STORAGE STRUCTURES. A person shall not construct or expand an earthen storage structure within an agricultural drainage well area. Each day that a person operates an earthen storage structure which is constructed in violation of this section constitutes a separate violation.
