459B.402 - VIOLATIONS -- CIVIL PENALTY.

        459B.402  VIOLATIONS -- CIVIL PENALTY.         A person who violates section 459B.301 shall be subject to the      same penalty as provided in section 459.602, and a person who      violates any other provision of this chapter shall be subject to the      same penalty as provided in section 459.603.  Any civil penalty      collected shall be deposited in the animal agriculture compliance      fund created in section 459.401.
