459.302 - DOCUMENT PROCESSING REQUIREMENTS.

        459.302  DOCUMENT PROCESSING REQUIREMENTS.         1.  The department shall adopt and promulgate forms required to be      completed in order to comply with this subchapter including forms for      documents that the department shall make available on the internet.         2. a.  The department shall provide for procedures for the      receipt, filing, processing, and return of documents in an electronic      format, including but not limited to the transmission of documents by      the internet.  The department shall provide for authentication of the      documents that may include electronic signatures as provided in      chapter 554D.         b.  The department shall to every extent feasible provide for      the processing of permits and manure management plans required under      this subchapter using electronic systems, including programming,      necessary to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the documents in      accordance with the requirements of this subchapter.
