456.1 - GEOLOGICAL SURVEY CREATED -- DEFINITIONS.

        456.1  GEOLOGICAL SURVEY CREATED -- DEFINITIONS.         A geological survey of the state is created within the department.         As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:         1.  "Department" means the department of natural resources      created under section 455A.2.         2.  "Director" means the director of the department.
