455B.450 COST OF PROCEEDINGS. The cost of the proceeding for the issuance of a license shall be paid by the applicant for the license until the cost exceeds nine thousand dollars. The director shall notify the applicant upon the issuance or denial of the license or upon termination of the proceeding at any point during the process of the cost of the proceeding to the applicant. These costs include the costs of providing notices, holding the hearing and the per diem of the commissioners in the proceeding for the license. Moneys collected shall be deposited in the general fund of the state.Section History: Early Form
