455B.445 NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS. Upon acceptance of a site license application under section 455B.443 the director shall mail copies of the application to regulatory agencies. A regulatory agency receiving a copy of the application shall conduct a preliminary review of the contents and shall evaluate the application for completeness and for compliance with the regulatory agency's permit or licensing requirements.
