455B.340 - PENALTY.
455B.340 PENALTY. Any person who violates any provisions of this part 2 of division IV or rules adopted under said part, or any order of the department or director issued pursuant to said part, shall be guilty of a serious misdemeanor and, in addition, the person may be enjoined from continuing such violation. Each day of continued violation after notice that a violation is being committed shall constitute a separate violation.
