455B.339 - INJUNCTION.

        455B.339  INJUNCTION.         Whenever, in the judgment of the director, any person has engaged      in or is about to engage in any acts or practices which constitute or      will constitute a violation of the provisions of this part 2 of      division IV or any rule or order promulgated under said part, the      director may request the attorney general to make application in the      name of the state to the district court of the county in which such      acts or practices may be performed, for an order enjoining such acts      or practices notwithstanding the existence or pursuit of any other      remedy, and the attorney general shall make such application.
