455B.184 - DISPOSAL SYSTEM PLANS.

        455B.184  DISPOSAL SYSTEM PLANS.         The department may also require the owner of a disposal system,      discharging pollutants into any water of the state, or of a public      water supply system to file with it complete plans of the whole or      any part of such system and any other information and records      concerning the installation and operation of such system.
