450.65 - DIRECTOR TO ENFORCE COLLECTION.

        450.65  DIRECTOR TO ENFORCE COLLECTION.         It shall be the duty of the director of revenue to enforce the      collection of the delinquent inheritance tax, and the provisions of      law with reference thereto.
