423D.3 - EXEMPTION.

        423D.3  EXEMPTION.         The sales price on the lease or rental of equipment to contractors      for direct and primary use in construction is exempt from the tax      imposed by this chapter.  The sales price from transactions exempt      from state sales tax under section 423.3 is also exempt from the tax      imposed by this chapter.
