422.38 - STATUTES GOVERNING CORPORATIONS.

        422.38  STATUTES GOVERNING CORPORATIONS.         All the provisions of sections 422.15 to 422.22 of division II,      insofar as the same are applicable, shall apply to corporations      taxable under this division.
