421.29 - REGISTRATIONS.

        421.29  REGISTRATIONS.         For purposes of the provisions of the Code which are administered      by the department, "permit" or "license" includes      registration.  Unless otherwise specifically provided, the director      shall determine by rule the circumstances for which registrations      shall be issued and displayed.
