15G.110 - APPROPRIATION.

        15G.110  APPROPRIATION.
         1.  For the fiscal period beginning July 1, 2005, and ending June
      30, 2008, and for the fiscal period beginning July 1, 2010, and
      ending June 30, 2015, there is appropriated to the department of
      economic development each fiscal year fifty million dollars from the
      general fund of the state for deposit in the grow Iowa values fund.
         2.  For the fiscal period beginning July 1, 2008, and ending June
      30, 2010, there is appropriated to the department of economic
      development each fiscal year fifty million dollars from the rebuild
      Iowa infrastructure fund for deposit in the grow Iowa values fund,
      notwithstanding section 8.57, subsection 6, paragraph "c".
