        8A.326  TERRACE HILL COMMISSION.
         1.  The Terrace Hill commission is created consisting of nine
      persons, appointed by the governor, who are knowledgeable in business
      management and historic preservation and renovation.  The governor
      shall appoint the chairperson.  The terms of the commission members
      are for three years beginning on July 1 and ending on June 30.
         2.  The Terrace Hill commission may consult with the Terrace Hill
      society, Terrace Hill foundation, the executive and legislative
      branches of this state, and other persons interested in the property.

         3.  The Terrace Hill commission may enter into contracts, subject
      to this chapter, to execute its purposes.
         4.  The commission may adopt rules to administer the programs of
      the commission.  The decision of the commission is final agency
      action under chapter 17A.
