12C.8 - LIABILITY OF PUBLIC OFFICERS.

        12C.8  LIABILITY OF PUBLIC OFFICERS.
         An officer who is referred to in section 12C.1 is not liable for
      loss of funds by reason of the insolvency of the depository
      institution when the funds have been deposited or invested as
      provided in this chapter.
