12B.5 - LOANS BY TREASURER OF STATE.

        12B.5  LOANS BY TREASURER OF STATE.
         The treasurer of state shall be guilty of a serious misdemeanor
      for loaning out, or in any manner using for private purposes, state,
      county, or other funds in the treasurer's hands.
