12A.2 - PROVISIONS APPLICABLE.

        12A.2  PROVISIONS APPLICABLE.
         An issuer may issue bonds in accordance with the provisions of
      this chapter if enabling legislation enacted on or after July 1,
      2007, provides that the bonds shall or may be issued in accordance
      with the provisions of this chapter.  This chapter establishes the
      terms, conditions, and procedures applicable to the issuance of bonds
      by an issuer enabled to issue bonds under this chapter.
