2C.22 - PENALTIES.

        2C.22  PENALTIES.
         A person who willfully obstructs or hinders the lawful actions of
      the citizens' aide or the citizens' aide's staff, or who willfully
      misleads or attempts to mislead the citizens' aide in the citizens'
      aide's inquiries, shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
