2.5 - TEMPORARY OFFICERS -- COMMITTEE ON CREDENTIALS.

        2.5  TEMPORARY OFFICERS -- COMMITTEE ON CREDENTIALS.

         The persons appearing to be members shall proceed to elect such
      other officers as may be requisite and when so temporarily organized
      shall choose a committee of five, who shall examine and report upon
      the credentials of the persons claiming to be members.
