37.8 LEVY FOR MAINTENANCE.
For the development, operation, and maintenance of a building or
monument constructed, purchased, or donated under this chapter, a
city may levy a tax not to exceed eighty-one cents per thousand
dollars of assessed value on all the taxable property within the
city, as provided in section 384.12, subsection 2. Section History: Early Form
