37.6 BONDS.
Bonds issued by a county for the purposes of this chapter shall be
issued under sections 331.441 to 331.449 relating to general county
purpose bonds. Bonds issued by a city shall be issued in accordance
with provisions of law relating to general corporate purpose bonds of
