        35D.8  CONDITIONAL ADMITTANCE.
         The commission may, if there is room for all dependent members and
      applicants, admit and allow to remain in the home persons who have
      sufficient means for their own support but are otherwise eligible to
      become members of the home, on payment of the cost of their support.
      The cost and method of collection shall be determined by the
      commission.
