34A.2A - PROGRAM MANAGER -- APPOINTMENT -- DUTIES.

        34A.2A  PROGRAM MANAGER -- APPOINTMENT -- DUTIES.
         1.  The administrator of the homeland security and emergency
      management division of the department of public defense shall appoint
      an E911 program manager to administer this chapter.
         2.  The E911 program manager shall act under the supervisory
      control of the administrator of the homeland security and emergency
      management division of the department of public defense, and in
      consultation with the E911 communications council, and perform the
      duties specifically set forth in this chapter and as assigned by the
      administrator.
