29A.56 - SPECIAL POLICE.

        29A.56  SPECIAL POLICE.
         The adjutant general may by order entered of record commission one
      or more of the employees of the military division as special police.
      Such special police shall on the premises of any state military
      reservation or other state military property have and exercise the
      powers of regular peace officers.
