        29A.5  GOVERNMENT, DISCIPLINE AND UNIFORMING.
         The national guard shall be subject to the provisions of federal
      law and regulations relating to the government, discipline and
      uniforming thereof; and to the provisions of this chapter and to
      regulations published pursuant hereto.
