29A.3 UNITS OF GUARD.
The Iowa units, detachments, and organizations of the army
national guard of the United States and the air national guard of the
United States shall consist of such units, detachments, and
organizations, as may be specified by the secretary of defense with
the approval of the governor, in accordance with law and regulations.
