29.3 HOMELAND SECURITY AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT DIVISION. There shall be within the department of public defense of the state government, as a division of the department, an office of emergency management which shall be known as the "homeland security and emergency management division, department of public defense", with an administrator of the division who shall be the head of the division. The adjutant general, as the director of the department of public defense, shall exercise supervisory authority over the division.Section History: Early Form
